Material Selection
Choosing the right material is one of the most important aspects in the production of plastic parts, and this is where Piplastic has built one of its key strengths.

Injection Molding and Special Materials
We use advanced technologies for injection molding, working with self-extinguishing materials designed to delay or prevent combustion, in compliance with major international safety standards (UL94 and others). This type of material is essential for products destined for sectors such as automotive, electronics, and technical furnishings.

- Polyamides (PA) – High mechanical and thermal strength, excellent dimensional stability
- Polyesters (PBT, PET) – Excellent rigidity and chemical resistance

- Polysulfones (PSU) – High resistance to high temperatures

- Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) – Excellent electrical insulation, chemical resistance
- Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene (ABS) – Versatility, impact resistance, ease of processing
- Polypropylene (PP) – Lightness, fatigue resistance, insulating properties
- ABS/PC Blends – Combines the toughness of polycarbonate with the processability of ABS
- ABS/PA Blends – A combination of thermal and mechanical strength, ideal for technical components
- Thermoplastic Elastomers (TPE, TPU) – Elasticity, softness, tear resistance
